Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means all returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all your returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at support@prayerwarriorlifestyle.com. After receiving a RMA number, we’ll send you a one-time passcode to login and start the return process. Once the return has initiated, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS SO PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST AT support@prayerwarriorlifestyle.com.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Send us an email at support@prayerwarriorlifesyle.com and we will forward you a returned label where to ship your items. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be added to a gift card and sent to you via emailed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a refund or exchange.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, digital products, greeting cards, magazines, wallpapers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns in excess of $65.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.
