Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Our Art Prints take 7-14 business days to ship. Every art product sold by Prayer Warrior Lifestyle™  is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your order.

All orders except art orders and preorders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, except on weekends, holidays, and after Friday noon EST. No orders are shipped from Friday at 2 pm EST through Sunday or holidays.

If we receive a large number of orders, there may be a delay in shipping. We will notify you via email or phone if your shipment experiences a significant delay.

Overnight delivery is only available for all orders except art orders and with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Order Confirmation Via Email

When your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Shipment Order

All packages sent will have a tracking number assigned and provided via email. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Prayerwarriorlifestyle.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prayer Warrior Lifestyle is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and fees associated with their order, including those incurred during or after shipping.

Damages

If your print arrives damaged due to causes of the manufacturer, please inform us immediately. Send photos of the damaged piece and shipping box to support@prayerwarriorlifestyle.com. Be sure to include photos of the shipment package(s), even if there is no visible damage.

Prayer Warrior Lifestyle is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address.

In the event, the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Prayer Warrior Lifestyle will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Prayer Warrior Lifestyle will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

For orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned back to the fulfillment center, additional restocking fees will apply. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address to ensure successful delivery, and to avoid restocking fees.

It is your responsibility as a customer to provide a correct shipping address and to accept the delivery. If the case where the delivery is refused, or the address is incorrect, the shipment will be sent back to us. In these instances, additional restocking fees will apply to have the order re-shipped. The customer also pays all customs fees and duties.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation, we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.
